So which is better?
Before you think about buying dairy milk substitutes, consider the processing of these products. It comes in at just a wee bit thicker than most standard yoga mats and works great for hot yoga. Being made of jute, the mat is very durable as jute is one of the strongest plant fibers. Jute also happens to be resistant to mildew.
